The Job

Meet Melvin, a troubled man haunted by his own memories—or the lack thereof. Every morning, he wakes up with no recollection of the previous night’s events, his mind a blank canvas. Desperate for answers, he stumbles upon a cryptic clue that points to the year 1498. This clue leads him to a hidden locker containing enigmatic letters that hint at a world beyond his comprehension.

As Melvin delves deeper, he discovers the enigmatic “Purple Pyramid,” a haunting night-club that seems to hold the key to unlocking his true identity. Within its dimly lit, hypnotic interiors, he encounters Rat Eyes, a mysterious and homeless figure who dwells in the shadowy underbelly of the city. Rat Eyes holds knowledge that could shatter Melvin’s perception of reality, or perhaps bind him even tighter to his sinister fate.

As Melvin and Rat Eyes forge an unsettling alliance, they realize they share a dark secret: both have made Faustian bargains, selling their souls to malevolent forces in exchange for something they desired.
